Ordering
Our website may be a work in progress but it's still easy to order from Sign Lines, Ltd. Phone us, send us an email or fax, or complete an Order Form or NFPA Order Form and click Send.
Billing
- Companies and Distributors are encouraged to Apply for Credit with Sign Lines, Ltd. and become eligible for 1% 10 Net 30 day invoicing. Please contact us by phone or email for a Credit Application.
- We accept PayPal payments for online orders, making it easy and secure for you to pay with a credit card or from your bank account.
- Checks are also accepted.
- Sales tax is charged to State of Wisconsin residents. If you are a distributor or reseller, you must provide Sign Lines, Ltd. with a tax exempt certificate to avoid a sales tax charge.
Returns
We can't remember the last time we had a product returned to Sign Lines, Ltd. We usually don't let anything leave our shop that doesn't meet or exceed industry standards. However, should any of our products prove defective, we ask that you contact us by phone or email within ten business days of receipt of the product to arrange for a replacement. We're easy to work with and your satisfaction as a customer of Sign Lines, Ltd. is our ultimate goal.
